You may view, download, and print content from the Site for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise stated.
You must not misuse the Site (e.g. hacking, overloading, introducing viruses, interfering with security).
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, etc.) is protected by copyright, trademarks, UK database rights, and other intellectual property rights.
You are granted no right or license to use any of our trademarks or copyrighted content beyond what is expressly permitted here.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
You are responsible for any activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms.
When you place an Order, you make an offer to buy the Products subject to these Terms.
We reserve the right to accept or reject your Order (for example, due to stock limitations or incorrect pricing).
Once accepted, the contract is formed.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.
You must pay via the payment methods accepted on the Site.
We may suspend fulfilment if we do not receive payment or authorization.
Delivery terms (costs, timings, method) will be as set out on the Site.
Title to Products passes to you when we receive payment in full (including delivery charges).
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your Order within 14 calendar days after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the Products.
To cancel, notify us in writing (e.g. email) before expiry of the cancellation period.
You must return the Products (unused, in original packaging) at your cost, unless we offer to collect.
Refund (including standard delivery cost) will be made within 14 days of cancellation (once we receive the returned goods or evidence of return).
The right to cancel may not apply to certain goods (such as perishable items, sealed goods opened after delivery, personalised goods).
Any goods returned must be in the same condition. We may reduce the refund if the product is damaged or opened by you.
If goods are faulty or not as described, you may have additional rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and we will remedy (repair, replacement, refund) at our cost.
If you notify us that you wish to cancel an Order after we have shipped the Product, we may be unable to stop delivery. Because the items are posted, if the Product is already in transit you must return it to us at your own cost using a recorded (trackable) method. A refund will only be issued once we have received the returned Product. Title and risk remain with you until we receive the returned item.

We make no warranties (express or implied) as to fitness for purpose, accuracy, timeliness, or non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for:
Our total liability on all claims (contract, tort, misrepresentation or otherwise) will not exceed the price you paid for the relevant Product.
